Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

During my recent stay in Istanbul, I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel near the city center. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the metro and tram stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the city and provided helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! the location is fantastic, just a couple of minutes' walk from the metro station and bus station. It's so convenient to get around and explore the city. Secondly, the staff here are amazing. The front desk employee, Omar, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made our stay so much better with his kindness. Lastly, the rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. I loved how cozy and comfortable they were. this hotel offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

During my Christmas stay, I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I especially appreciated that the hotel is situated close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the nearby area. there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made it convenient for me to grab a quick bite or pick up a souvenir.

While the hotel was overall a great experience, I did find that the room could have used some additional cleaning during my stay. the reception area was a bit small, which made checking in and out feel a bit cramped at times.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and friendliness of the staff. the comfortable room and great Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected with my family back home. the hotel's proximity to public transportation and local restaurants made it convenient to explore the surrounding area.

My sleep quality was severely impacted by the poor soundproofing and inadequate curtains. the surrounding neighborhood was quite noisy and made me feel uncomfortable at times.
